Running games for the Sega CD or 32X also have major speed issues with my recommendation being to not use them at all in this version of Retroarch.
For the most part, Genesis games run well and look good doing it but there are a few games that begin to slow down. The Sega Genesis is the first system I have covered that will begin to push the limits of what the PS2 version of Retroarch is capable of running.
